Government Polytechnic Bhuj has established online Grievance Cell as per AICTE Circular F. No.: 1-101/DPG/AICTE/Regulation/2017- Dated: 20/02/2017 under the head of Principal. All head of the departments are member of committee. An IT engineer is also member of committee.

Roles and Responsibilities of the committee:

  1.  The committee ensures that grievances are addressed promptly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Encourage the students and staff to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
  3. Aimed at prevent grievances and improve the overall campus environment.
  4. Ensure that students, faculty, and staff have a mechanism to address their concerns effectively.

Meetings: Twice in a year, the meeting may be scheduled as and when necessary.

 Complaints of Ragging

 Non refund of fees by AICTE approved institutions

 Non return of original certificate

 Non observation of laid down norms and standards

 Delayed in according approvals

 Complain against officer and staff

 Non refund of security amount

 Violation of admission rules as per AICTE by institute

 Accommodation related facilities like hostel complains

Stakeholders can register online complain for

 Application regarding results

 Basic amenities

Procedure for Online grievance registration

 Open the online link for grievance cell of GP, Bhuj

 Fill all the required field and submit the grievance

 On disposal of grievance complainant will receive an email as receipt of complain Procedure for Online grievance disposal

 Analyse the grievance to identify areas of received grievances

 Grievance is sent through email to concerned department with intimation of disposal time

 At department level careful analysis of grievance is to be done

 Taking of decision of grievances at fairly senior level

 Continuous monitoring of disposal status by coordinator

 If no response is received from concerned department then reminder shall be sent and intimated to competent authorities

 Disposal of grievance to be intimated online to complainant.

 Finally disposal is reported and noted
