Civil Engineering is the very Important Engineering branch. At government polytechnic, Bhuj, Diploma in Civil Engineering was started in 1998. Presently there is a Intake of 90 students in Diploma in Civil Engineering at this Institute. At civil engineering department, we try our level best to give Good technical knowledge, practical skills and ethical values to students through team of experienced faculty members. To improve their practical knowhow, we are arranging Site visits, Expert lectures, Seminars, Online lectures, Webinars etc. regularly.

Most of our students like to study further in BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering. presently many students are working on Reputed positions in Government as well as private organisations. Many pass out students are self employed too.
