 Function of ACPDC Admission Committee Help Center  


1. Guidance and Information Dissemination

   - Provide students and parents with accurate information regarding the admission process, eligibility criteria, and required documents.  

   - Explain various rules and regulations of ACPDC (Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses).  

2. Application Assistance

   - Assist applicants in filling out online application forms correctly.  

   - Help students understand seat allocation, merit listing, and category-based admissions.  

3. Document Verification

   - Verify original documents such as marksheets, certificates, and identity proofs.  

   - Ensure that submitted documents meet ACPDC’s requirements for authenticity and completeness.  

4. Technical Support

   - Provide technical assistance for resolving issues with the ACPDC admission portal.  

   - Assist students in resetting passwords or correcting mistakes made during registration.  

5. Grievance Redressal

   - Address queries and concerns of students regarding admissions, merit disputes, and allotment issues.  

   - Provide a platform for students to file complaints related to discrepancies.  

6. Facilitation of Counseling Process

   - Guide students in understanding the choice-filling and locking process during counseling rounds.  

   - Offer guidance on institute selection and career planning based on individual preferences and merit.  

7. Awareness Campaigns

   - Conduct workshops, seminars, or webinars to increase awareness about ACPDC policies and timelines.  

   - Display important notifications and updates at prominent locations in the institute.  

8. Coordination with ACPDC Headquarters

   - Act as a liaison between the institute and the ACPDC head office to ensure smooth communication.  

   - Report technical or procedural issues encountered at the institute level.  

9. Maintenance of Records

   - Maintain detailed records of applications processed, documents verified, and grievances addressed.  

   - Ensure proper documentation for audits or future references.  

10. Post-Admission Support

    - Assist admitted students with the next steps, such as fee payment, joining instructions, and academic orientation.  

    - Guide students regarding institute-specific facilities, curriculum, and expectations.
